Pricing

UNLIMITED Package
If your routine is that of extreme physical fitness, or you already have a daily regiment of routine excersice and might consider spicing things up, the ULTIMATE Package is for you. We are open 6 days a week, during which you can schedule to take any of our available classes.
$65/month - Unlimited Classes

Punch Like a Girl / Standard Package
We reccomend the Standard Package for most clients. We are serious about results and have certified trainers that can help you achieve the goals you want.
$55/month - Monday, Wednesday & Friday

Single Class
Otherwise if you care to just stop by. we offer flat-rates of $15 per class when unannounced.
Any un-scheduled visit will be subject to availability given current occupancy levels.
$15 - class drop in rate
$100 - 10 class pass, expires 3 months of date of purchase

A one hour, non-contact, aerobic class.

Energy/Strength/Power
A hi/low cardiovascular class focussing on excercises that will strengthen all major muscle groups using resistance bands and medicine balls.

Abs Plus
Intense cardiovascular drills that will focus on stabilizing and improving your core using BOSU.

Extreme Edge
Take your body to the max! Lunges, jumps, squats - you name it, it's extreme!

Punch Like a Girl
One hour of skipping, boxing drills and bag work. Take your mind and body to the next level of fitness!
